A 28 year old man deliberately drove into 3 Chinese students outside the Lycée Saint Exupéry school in Toulouse, France on November 10. The man has been arrested after he barricaded himself inside an apartment complex.
‘Authorities do not believe it is terror related,’ because the man ‘spent time in a psychiatric institution.’ The suspect’s name is Mohammed Merah.
The incident occurred near a high school in Toulouse. Two of those struck were reportedly in serious condition, another had minor injuries and was released from the hospital. None of the injuries were life threatening.
The ISIS media has not claimed responsibility, nor has the tone of postings shifted to ‘celebratory’ one Twitter user, who is a terrorism analyst at Foreign Policy, posted.
