The Rittenhouse Trial – Prosecution Falling Apart

rittenhouse trial

Kyle Rittenhouse is on trial for murder in Kenosha, Wisconsin. In the sixth day of the the prosecution is struggling to prove that the defendant was a cold blooded murderer instead of a frightened teenager that was trying to defend himself. There have been several other developments in the trial so far that have strongly added to the self-defense claim of the defendant. A Prosecution witness today may have sealed the prosecution’s loss when he admitted he had his gun out and pointed at Rittenhouse when he was shot in the arm. The Rittenhouse trial is shredding the Prosecution.

The prosecution has attempted to argue that all three persons shot by Rittenhouse were just peaceful people and the big bad teenager with a scary gun was looking to kill someone. So far, that entire line of thinking has been blown out of the water. The defense stated that Rittenhouse will testify on his own behalf, which can either be a really bad idea or a good one, depending on his demeanor in front of the jury.

In videos taken by the FBI and a witness, you can hear Kyle shouting that if anyone needs medic he’s there to help. As Rosenbaum starts a fire in a dumpster, a militia guard puts it out. Then he started chasing Rittenhouse and tried to grab his gun. That’s when he got shot.

Kyle shouts out ‘Anybody need medical?’ at the one-minute mark. Twenty-nine seconds later there is shouting, captioned ‘let’s get him’. To which Rittenhouse, who is standing close to them at this point, immediately shouted ‘friendly friendly friendly’.

As video shows him being chased across the parking lot, you can hear ‘you won’t do s**t Motherf***er’, and the sound of a gunshot just before Rosenbaum shouts ‘f**k you!’

Several shots in quick succession are shown immediately after that, including evidence of a third shooter whose name is not given.

Clash Daily

Last week, when the prosecution tried to assert that Anthony Huber was a “peaceful man,” the defense read statements from his family that claimed he threatened his family with a knife and threatened to burn the house down.

Monday, Nov 8 was the testimony of Gaige Grosskreutz, the man whose arm was destroyed when Kyle shot him. The narrative up until now was that Grosskreutz was just an innocent medic who was shot. Under cross examination, that whole idea went out the window.

As Grosskreutz emotionally remembered his bicep being “vaporized,” Defense Attorney Chorafisi dug a little deeper.

“And it’s being vaporized as you’re pointing your gun directly at him, yes?” the defense attorney pressed, drawing another affirmative admission from the witness. “Okay so, when you were standing three to five feet from him, with your arms up in the air, he never fired, right?” Chorafisi asked, drawing a “Correct” from Grosskreutz.

“It wasn’t until you pointed your gun at him, advanced on him, with your gun – now your hands down – pointed at him that he fired? Right?” Chorafisi asked. Grosskreutz responded, “Correct.”

At this point, the prosecution appeared to be devastated by this blow to their case, with the lead prosecutor holding his head in his hands.

It is clear from both videos and testimony that the Rittenhouse trial is primarily bogus. Though he made a mistake with being in possession of a firearm underage, the murder and attempted murder charges are unwarranted and have been all along. The prosecution should stop this insanity immediately.
