John Earle Sullivan at Capitol Breach: “Let’s Burn This Shit Down!”

By Faye Higbee

John Earle Sullivan is a leftist who created the organization “Insurgence USA” which we previously reported. He did more than just film the death of Ashli Babbitt on January 6, and therefore he was arrested and charged with 3 felonies, according to an affidavit by FBI agent Matthew Foulger. He was inciting the riot – and he is most certainly NOT a Trump supporter.

The DOJ actually charged the leftist, which in and of itself is rare, but the US Attorney’s page states as of Jan 14,

A Utah man was charged today in federal court in the District of Columbia in connection with the riots at the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021.

John Earle Sullivan was charged by complaint with one count of knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, one count of violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, and one count of interfering with law enforcement engaged in the lawful performance of their official duties incident to and during the commission of civil disorder.  The defendant was arrested today in Utah.

The Complaint alleges that during the events at the U.S. Capitol, Sullivan, wearing a ballistics vest and gas mask, entered the U.S. Capitol through a window that had been broken out, pushing past U.S. Capitol Police once inside. The Complaint also alleges that Sullivan admits to filming and being depicted in video footage that shows him present, outside of the Speaker’s Lobby within the U.S. Capitol, at the shooting of a woman by a U.S. Capitol Police officer.

DOJ regarding John Earle Sullivan

Sullivan showed the FBI agent his gas mask and tactical vest, and a statement that he had a knife was on the video he uploaded to the FBI. At the Capitol he actually told police officers to go home so they wouldn’t “get hurt.”

In one video, Sullivan can be heard — as he approaches the Capitol Building with others — saying, “There are so many people. Let’s go. This shit is ours! Fuck yeah,” “We accomplished this shit. We did this together. Fuck yeah! We are all a part of this history,” and “Let’s burn this shit down.”

The affidavit adds that while walking through the Capitol, Sullivan can also be heard saying, “it’s our house motherfuckers,” and “we are getting this shit.”

“In at least two encounters, Sullivan can be heard on the video arguing with the officers, telling them to stand down so that they do not get hurt,” reads the criminal complaint.

“At one point in the video, Sullivan enters an office within the U.S. Capitol — once inside the office, Sullivan approaches a window — and states, ‘We did this shit. We took this shit.’” the affidavit adds.

Sullivan turned over the footage he took at the Capitol breach to law enforcement. It was taken under the name “Jayden X,” as we suspected at the time. On that footage, he is heard shouting and yelling and encouraging the rioters. “We about to burn this shit down.” “We got to rip Trump out of office . . . fucking pull him out of that shit . . . we ain’t waiting until the next election.” Then he leads the crowd in a chant in “It’s time for a revolution.”

This video goes through the entire affidavit of probable cause, revealing that John Earle Sullivan is about as smart as a potato.
