Illegal Alien Found Not Guilty of Murder in Death Of Kate Steinle

San Francisco – Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, an illegal alien, was found not guilty in the murder of Kate Steinle on Thursday. Zarate was acquitted of first and second degree murder, and involuntary manslaughter. He was found not guilty of assault with a semi-automatic weapon. He was found guilty of possessing a firearm by a felon. Know why he was a felon? Because he had committed violent crimes and been deported previously. Now they will deport him again.

The reactions have ranged from extreme anger to …extreme anger. The jury in a sanctuary city that felt sorry for illegals just let a killer off with a slap on the wrist.

The problem stemmed from the judge’s decision not to allow the jury to be told of Zarate’s felony record, or that he had been deported 5- that’s FIVE– times. ICE will be deporting him again now. Let’s not let him back in, OK?

Even Attorney General Sessions “expressed displeasure” with the verdict.

“When jurisdictions choose to return criminal aliens to the streets rather than turning them over to federal immigration authorities, they put the public’s safety at risk. San Francisco’s decision to protect criminal aliens led to the preventable and heartbreaking death of Kate Steinle.” Attorney General Sessions statement

ICE Deputy Director Tom Homan said they will be deporting him again, but also expressed the sentiment that this whole thing could have been prevented, if San Francisco has just allowed ICE to take the illegal into custody in the first place instead of releasing him back into society.

The defendant claimed the shooting was an accident. But in any state in the US, accidental shootings are manslaughter at the very least. In the case of a violent felon, it can be negligent manslaughter.  In this case, without the koweldge of certain circumstances in the case, the jury did not find out what really happened. And of course, the defense blamed Trump. But Trump didn’t kill Kate Steinle…Zarate did.

And the regular folks also had an opinion, no… they were infuriated:
