Doxxing is the practice of releasing personal information on people: address, phone number, etc. Just after Christine Ford was questioned at the Kavanaugh Senate Hearings, someone modified Wikipedia information to include the personal addresses of Senators Mike Lee, Orrin Hatch, and Lindsey Graham. Now, a couple of Conservative outlets mentioned that the IP address of the computer that edited their information may have come from Maxine Waters’ office.
Cue the outrage: Waters is throwing a fit. She called the accusation against her staffer a “conspiracy theory being pedaled by ultra-right wing pundits.” But… but… but Maxine, you told your followers to do things like that.
“Lies, lies, and more despicable lies. I am utterly disgusted by the spread of the completely false, absurd, and dangerous lies and conspiracy theories that are being pedaled by ultra-right wing pundits, outlets, and websites who are promoting a fraudulent claim that a member of my staff was responsible for the release of the personal information of Member of United States Senate on Wikipedia. Maxine Waters
A bot that monitors changes in that information (and tweets it) revealed that whoever changed it was at the House of Representatives. Wikipedia removed the information. Waters contended that her IT person said it was not her staffer.
The Gateway Pundit reported that the staffer from Water’s office COULD HAVE BEEN Kathleen Sengstock but could not verify that it was actually her. It is unlikely that the perpetrator will be caught simply because the editing was done anonymously. But if you base things from the way it went at the Kavanaugh hearings, verification means absolutely nothing. You are now guilty until proven innocent.
The phone numbers released on each Senator were not particualrly accurate for the most part. The number listed for Lindsey Graham came back to “Sexual Minority Youth Assistance League (SMYAL), a Washington D.C.-based advocacy group.” Fox stated that they didn’t get many phone calls. Some liberal with a twisted sense of humor?
BREAKING: Republican Senators Lindsey Graham, Orrin Hatch, and Mike Lee were targeted and doxxed with their home/office addresses and home/cell phones being published online on Wikipedia through an anonymous IP address associated with the House of Representatives. pic.twitter.com/G1GgCReA7E

I’m hearing these IPs are traceable to a staffer in Maxine Waters’ Office. https://t.co/kppNYw8pPh

Maxine is having a problem with all of this because she’s the one who basically told her followers to harass Trump supporters and members of his cabinet. She apparently doesn’t like being the victim of her own ideas.
She also said that Brett Kavanaugh shouldn’t be a member of the Supreme Court because he got angry during the hearings. So Ari Fleischer reminded her of her own words.
This denial is angry. This suggests she doesn’t have the temperment to be a Member of Congress. When someone is accused of something they didn’t do, they must not be angry. They must not be defiant. They must not question the motives of the accuser. They must be calm and serene. https://t.co/IcMiozv5mk
