A conservative Christian group called Worldview Weekend sponsored a 5 day, 5 city tour with Understanding the Threat, a counterterrorism group. But henchmen from the Marxist organization Antifa threatened the hotels where the tour was booked, so it was cancelled in 4 of the venues. There were over 1000 people registered for the conference in Milwaukee, WI, and 1500 registered in Bloomington, Minnesota. In all, the total registered for the conference in cancelled venues was 3,500.
The purpose of the Conference was to reveal the tactics of leftists and jihadists who are funded by left wing groups that are labelling Conservatives as “white supremacists,” “homophobes”, and “islamophobes.” It also featured John Guandolo, the head of Understanding the Threat (a US Marine Veteran and expert on counter-terrorism).
The Des Moines went ahead in spite of the threats, and several Muslims and Marxists were in attendance. You can read about that specific venue at the UTT website. The discussion with Muslims was described as “cordial,” but John was able to get one of them to admit that “all of Islam requires apostates (those who leave Islam) and homosexuals to be killed.”
Corporate Extortion to Silence Americans
The Hotel Radisson in Green Bay told Brannon Howse, President of Worldview Weekend, that “we don’t want a group like yours” at the hotel. There was no warning of the cancellation. Except Howse and his organization have held conferences there before, so the rudeness of the Radisson’s response is ridiculous.
Another venue told Howse that they were getting threats and their hotel website was even hacked. Then his own insurance company wavered at another venue. And he himself had to cancel the last one because police wanted more security due to the threats… by then the amount of money lost prohibited more security.
According to the Daily Caller,
“The SPLC posted the locations for these venues, after which Antifa groups urged their members through social media to attend events and swamp the venues with threatening calls and messages.
According to Worldview CEO Brannon Howse, a state trooper even visited the Minneapolis hotel where an event was planned for Sunday. He said the police were concerned about conference security and the organizer should add more police. With the financial losses from other canceled events, Howse said they could not afford to provide more security than those already hired, and cancelled that last event out of safety concerns.”
For information, John Guandolo is not a “disgraced” former FBI agent. You can read his bio at this link. It’s a tactic used by Marxists, Muslims, Leftists that is right out of the left’s playbook:
“The thirteenth rule of radical tactics: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Saul Alinsky, Rules for Radicals (Cultural Marxists)
Jihadis, Antifa, The Southern Poverty Law Center, and other leftist groups are using this tactic to shut down groups they don’t want you to hear. They, like the antigunners, are threatening, pushing, and lying to corporations to make them cave to their demands. All of this over the truth about Islam and the radical left.
“Who shut us down folks? The Islamo-Marxist-Fascist oppressors in this nation, the same groups that we’ve been traveling around this nation warning you about…. How did that happen? It started with CAIR… the front group for the Muslim Brotherhood. Then they’ve joined with the Southern Poverty Law Center… Then they got Antifa involved… and we know their M.O. – they’re domestic terrorists… If you think we are living in a free nation any more… that this is the land of the free and home of the brave, we better wake up soon. Religious liberty, the right of assembly, the right of our speech, is gone. This is the M.O. now. This is the tactic they are using to shut us down.” Brannon Howse
